SDK Laws
The SDK Corporation is a private defense agency created by the founder of the Liberty Colony. The SDK's purpose is the protection of SDK's clients persons and property.

The relationship between the SDK and their clients is contractual.

Any crime against a client of the SDK will be handled according to the internal rules and regulations of the SDK. Any person who is accussed of or commits a crime against a client of the SDK will be handled according to the internal rules and regulations of the SDK.

In addition the SDK has adopted a standard position regarding the relationship of independents and the SDK. Independents are defined as any individual or group that does not have a direct or indirect contractual relationship with the SDK. An example of an indirect contractual relationship is an individual that is a client of a separate PDA and that PDA has an agreement with the SDK.

The position of the SDK regarding independents is as follows:

    1.    No person can be enslaved or sold as property and the SDK will come to the assistance of any individual that is in this situation.

    2.    When the SDK is made aware of a specific subject, the crimes of Murder, Assault, Rape, and Slavery will be investigated even when the victims are independents. The SDK will also take action on any of the above crimes and the crime of theft that takes place in the presence of SDK security officers.

    3.    The SDK will investigate all crimes of Murder, Rape, Assault and Slavery if the victim is under the age of 18. This investigation will occur whether there is evidence of a specific subject or not.

    4.    Any independent that becomes a defendant in the above related crimes will be treated by the SDK as if they were an existing client of the SDK for the purposes of any proceedings against them.

    5.    Any investigation into an independent defendant will proceed under the same process as if the defendant were an existing client of the SDK.
